However, if the same article got 100 shares, it would reach 1,000 people and a frequency of 100. It would mean that the article was much more valuable to those who saw it because it was shared more often.
The engagement metric is also important when measuring the value of a piece of content. If an article gets 100 comments, it has a higher engagement than one with ten comments. The people who saw the article found it interesting enough to leave a comment.
